1.1 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags must remain intact

• The product must be returned in original packaging (box, pouch, invoice, certificates if any)

• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
