Returning Your Treasure

We know that when you fall in love with something, it has to be perfect. But if the piece you ordered isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We want you to be as in love with your purchase as we are, and we’ll make the return process as effortless as possible.

What Makes a Return Easy:

• Timeframe: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
• Condition: To keep your return smooth and simple, we ask that items are unused, in original condition, and placed back in the original packaging—just like we packed it for you.
• Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order number with the return, so we can process it quickly.

🌟 Note: Unfortunately, customized items, silver coins, bars, and gift cards (both physical and digital) are not eligible for return. These items are unique to you!

A Small Request (But Big Help!)

If something seems off with your order—whether an item is missing or damaged—please take a brief unboxing video. It helps us understand your concern and ensures we resolve it as swiftly as possible.

Refunds, Replacements & A Little Extra Love

At the heart of everything we do is the desire to make your experience as delightful as possible. If the piece you ordered doesn’t quite fit, we’ll happily issue a refund or send you a replacement—whichever works best for you.

• Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Replacement: After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall provide you the replaced item and delivered within 7-10 business days

💌 No Pickup? In rare cases where reverse pickup isn’t possible in your area, don’t worry! Simply send the item back via India Post or a courier of your choice. We’ll cover up to ₹70 of the return shipping costs. If the return exceeds this, we’ll gently deduct the additional cost from your refund.

  • Tier 1 Cities: Delivered within 1-3 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: Delivered within 3-5 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities: Delivered within 3-7 business days
